Love the Lord your God with all your strength.
Rhythms for a healthy and vibrant body, such as exercise, healthy eating, play, and rest.
Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you,
whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at
a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.1 Corinthians 6:19-20
Exercise: Choose a regular rhythm that you can commit to. Get active, follow a plan.
Healthy Eating: Embrace nutritious foods and stay hydrated. Be intentional about what you put in your body.
Restraint: Put limits on alcohol, caffeine, and sugar intake.
Go to bed: Say “no” to that next episode. Bedtime routines aren’t just for kids… and neither are naps!
Helpful Tip: A basic rhythm is to make it a goal to get 7 hours of sleep, exercise regularly, and eat well. If this is all brand new to you, start with going to bed earlier than you normally do, and take a short walk each day.
Sabbath Rest
God calls us to Sabbath rest each week. Commit to one full day a week to pray and play. Use this day to delight in the Lord, set aside productivity, and enjoy communion with God, friends, and family.

Reach Rhythm:
Want to go deeper? Consider adding a Reach Rhythm to your rhythm of life for a season. Reach Rhythms go beyond your routine to grow your walk with Jesus even more.
Create my rhythm of life
Once you have explored all the categories - heart, soul, mind, strength, neighbor - get started by creating your own rhythm of life.
The Sabbath is far more than a diversion; it is meant to be an encounter with God’s delight.
