Mark 12:30-31

What is a rhythm of life?

A rhythm of life is a personal framework of “rhythms.” Rhythms are practices, relationships, and patterns that help shape our life journey around the way of Jesus.

In sharing the greatest commandment, Jesus offered a blueprint for creating a rhythm of life.

Each of these categories - heart, soul, mind, strength, neighbor - serve as a template to help us on our journey to be with Jesus, become like Jesus, and do what Jesus did.

How do I create my rhythm of life?

To create your own rhythm of life, choose at least one rhythm from each category given to us in the greatest commandment. These rhythms will serve as a jumping off point to intentionally shape and direct your life toward holiness, loving Jesus, and loving others.
